This disclaimer applies to the website rozuro.com and all content published there, as well as to communications from Atypisch regarding Rozuro.

The Dutch version of this disclaimer is binding. In case of conflict, the Dutch version prevails.

The information on rozuro.com has been compiled with the greatest possible care. However, Atypisch makes no warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose of this information.

Information on rozuro.com — including blog articles, documentation, FAQs, and guides — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, fiscal, legal, or accountancy advice.

3. VAT, ICP, and accounting functionality

Rozuro offers functionality for VAT calculation, ICP reporting, and accounting. These features are supportive and do not replace the responsibility of the Customer or its accountant or tax adviser. The Customer remains responsible at all times for:

  • the accuracy and completeness of entered data;
  • the accuracy and timeliness of filings with the Dutch Tax Authorities (Belastingdienst);
  • compliance with fiscal retention obligations;
  • correctly applying VAT rates and VAT codes (including ICP codes);
  • verifying VAT numbers of customers via VIES or another suitable means.

Atypisch is not liable for errors, additional assessments, fines, or other damages arising from the use of this functionality, whether caused by errors in Rozuro or by acts of the Customer. See also Article 9 of the Terms of Service.

Rozuro may contain links to third-party websites. Atypisch has no control over the content of such websites and accepts no liability for the content, privacy policy, or practices of external sites.

5. Availability

Atypisch aims for uninterrupted availability of rozuro.com and Rozuro, but does not guarantee it. Atypisch is not liable for damages resulting from unavailability, interruptions, delays, or errors, except as provided in the Service Level provisions of the Terms of Service.

6. Intellectual property

All content on rozuro.com — including texts, images, logos, source code, and design — is the property of Atypisch or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or publish this content without Atypisch’s prior written consent.
