What is Rozuro?
Rozuro is a lightweight finance OS built for project-based teams. It combines invoicing, time tracking, expense management, and financial reporting into a single, fast application.
Who is Rozuro for?
Rozuro is designed for freelancers, agencies, and small-to-medium teams who need clear financial oversight without the complexity of traditional accounting software.
Do I need accounting knowledge?
No. Rozuro is designed to be intuitive. While it supports double-entry bookkeeping under the hood, you interact with it through simple, familiar interfaces.
Billing
How does pricing work?
Rozuro offers a free tier for freelancers and paid plans for growing teams. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. There are no long-term contracts.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes, annual plans are available at a discount. Contact us for details.
Security
Where is my data stored?
Application data is hosted in the Netherlands (Eindhoven). We are fully GDPR compliant and take data protection seriously.
How do you handle authentication?
Rozuro uses secure token-based authentication via SIMEZU. Passwords are hashed with Argon2id, and all API communication is encrypted over HTTPS.
Do you have audit logging?
Yes. Every action in Rozuro is logged with timestamps, user information, and detailed change records. The audit log is available on Business plans.
API
Does Rozuro have an API?
Yes. Rozuro is API-first. All features available in the UI are also available through our REST API. See the documentation for details.
What authentication does the API use?
The API uses Bearer token authentication. You can generate API tokens from your account settings.
Is there a rate limit?
Free plans are limited to 100 requests per minute. Paid plans have higher limits based on your tier.
