Rozuro Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes which use of Rozuro is permitted and which is prohibited. The AUP is an integral part of the Terms of Service. Violations may result in measures up to and including suspension or termination of the Account.

The Dutch version of this AUP is binding. In case of conflict, the Dutch version prevails.

1. Permitted use

Rozuro is intended for business use by entrepreneurs (B2B, freelancers, sole proprietorships) for:

• creating, sending, and managing invoices;
• maintaining basic accounting;
• registering time and projects;
• VAT and ICP (EU intra-community sales) administration;
• integrating external applications via the REST API.

2. Prohibited use

The following uses are expressly not permitted:

2.1 Unlawful or fraudulent use

• Creating or sending false, fraudulent, or misleading invoices;
• Money laundering or terrorist financing;
• Tax evasion or unlawful tax avoidance;
• Breaching applicable laws, including the Dutch Wwft (anti-money-laundering act).

2.2 Misuse of technical infrastructure

• Overloading infrastructure (DoS, DDoS, excessive API requests beyond fair use);
• Bypassing or breaking access controls, security measures, or rate limits;
• Scanning, penetration testing, or otherwise probing Rozuro without Atypisch’s prior written consent;
• Introducing malware, viruses, trojans, or similar harmful code;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling Rozuro, except as permitted by mandatory law.

2.3 API misuse

• Using another party’s API keys without permission;
• Sharing API keys or publishing them in public repositories;
• Systematic scraping or bulk export beyond the intended use of Rozuro;
• Building shadow systems that replace or duplicate Rozuro.

2.4 Infringement of third-party rights

• Processing personal data without a valid legal basis;
• Infringing copyright, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights;
• Sending invoices to parties with whom there is no legal relationship (invoice spam).

2.5 Sensitive content

• Processing special categories of personal data (Art. 9 GDPR) or criminal data without prior written coordination with Atypisch;
• Uploading or storing pornographic, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful material.

2.6 Reuse and resale

• Reselling, leasing, or otherwise commercially exploiting Rozuro to third parties without written consent;
• Operating a white-label or resell service based on Rozuro without a written agreement.

3. Fair use for the API

For Subscriptions with API access, the following fair-use guidelines apply:

Subscription	Rate limit (indicative)
Free	60 requests per minute per organisation
Pro	300 requests per minute per organisation
Business	1,000 requests per minute per organisation

Atypisch reserves the right to throttle traffic or temporarily suspend Accounts in case of excessive usage significantly above these limits or outside normal usage patterns. For structurally higher usage, custom arrangements can be made via info@atypisch.nl.

4. Customer security obligations

The Customer is responsible for:

• keeping login credentials and API keys confidential;
• rotating passwords and keys promptly upon suspected compromise;
• reporting security incidents to Atypisch via info@atypisch.nl;
• limiting Account access to authorised persons.

5. Responsible disclosure

If you discover a vulnerability in Rozuro, we ask you to:

• report it exclusively to info@atypisch.nl;
• not disclose the vulnerability publicly until it has been resolved;
• not exploit the vulnerability (no data download, no changes);
• not run automated scans without prior consent.

Atypisch will not pursue legal action against reporters of valid vulnerabilities who follow these guidelines.

6. Sanctions for violations

In case of violation of this AUP, Atypisch may, at its discretion:

1. issue a warning;
2. temporarily restrict specific Account features;
3. suspend the Account;
4. terminate the Account pursuant to Article 12 of the Terms of Service;
5. report to competent authorities in case of suspected criminal offences or fraud;
6. recover any damages suffered by Atypisch or third parties as a result of the violation.

In case of serious or repeated violations, Atypisch may proceed to immediate termination without prior warning.

7. Changes

Atypisch may amend this AUP. Changes are announced at least 30 days in advance by email or by notification in Rozuro.
